One of the best part of the show was when they performed Restless, which is an amazing beautiful song which fits most if not all followers of Christ. Jon Foreman came and walked through the crowd when he performed it. He walked by Sammy and Sammy got super excited ha! He was filming himself standing by Jon, it was hilarious.

Switchfoot came to town on Thursday. I hadn’t seen them live since I was around 10 years old when they came to town with Billy Graham and a ton of other artists. I actually got to meet them after the festival was over and get their autograph. Being a dumb 10 year old I threw it away. It’s cool that they came to town when they did because just last week I was saying how I wish they would come to town again and I’d appreciate it more than my 10 year old self. I actually didn’t think I’d be able to go but Sammy called me just as I had given up all hope of going and started back up for orchestra rehearsal. They have officially become one of my top 2 favorite bands. They are pure talent, and the best part is they do it all for the Glory of God. I hope to see them again soon. I meant to bring my camera but I forgot so all I got were photos on my blackberry :/
